Terms of use

Orders

Placing an order on this site is a request to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or adjust an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we'll tell you before anything is delivered.

You can cancel an order at any time before it is delivered or picked up, from your account or by contacting us.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include HST, which is added at checkout. Business accounts may have their own pricing. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you place your order.

Invoicing and payment

We don't take payment on this website. Each order is invoiced, and payment is due according to the terms shown on your invoice or agreed for your account.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver on business days across our delivery area. Requested dates are a preference, and we confirm the delivery date with your order. Warehouse pickup is available Mon–Fri, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm. Some deals are pickup only, as marked.

Returns

Returns are covered by our returns policy.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for orders placed by people you add to your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Product information

We try to keep product descriptions, photos and pack sizes accurate. Packaging may change by manufacturer. Always follow the label and safety data sheet for chemical products.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
