Alpha Supplies Limited (“Alpha Supplies”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated November 6, 2026.

What we collect

Contact and account details you give us: name, company, email, phone, and billing and delivery addresses.
Order details: products, quantities, prices, PO numbers, delivery instructions and order history.
Messages you send through our contact, quote or account forms.
Basic site usage: pages visited and device type, collected without advertising cookies, so we can improve the site.

We don't take card or bank details on this website. Orders are invoiced.

How we use it

To process, deliver and invoice your orders, and to send order confirmations, delivery updates and account emails.
To manage your business account, account pricing and standing orders.
To reply to your questions and quotes.
To send occasional product and pricing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

Website hosting and database (Vercel, Neon)
Email delivery (Resend)
Accounting and invoicing (Intuit QuickBooks): your name, company, contact details and order lines are used to create your invoice
Delivery staff and carriers, who receive your delivery address and contact for your order

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years in Canada). Account details are kept while your account is active and can be removed on request after that.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. Access is limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing emails, by contacting us. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
