Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with every order. Stocked products can be returned for up to 90 days from the invoice date.
Within 30 days of the invoice date
Any stocked product can be returned. If you're not happy with it or it didn't work as expected, we credit the full amount to your account.
From 31 to 90 days
Unopened stocked products in their original packaging can be returned, less a 25% restocking fee. The rest is credited to your account.
After 30 days, products that have been opened, used or aren't in their original condition can't be returned.
Final sale and special orders
Final sale and special-order items can't be cancelled or returned. We mark them on your order confirmation and invoice.
How to return something
To start a return, call us at 416-815-4594 or email info@alphasupplies.ca with your invoice number and what you'd like to return. Refunds are given as a credit to your account.
Damaged or missing items
Please count your cases and check them when the order arrives. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, and let us know within 3 days of delivery.
